2024 • Project’s pool page
ChainPort supports many projects in their bridging processes, each with its own specific porting method and preferences. For the Native Bridging method, each project is provided with a transparent pool dashboard that leverages its community to monitor liquidity availability during a port, while also allowing the project to add or remove liquidity as needed.
My Role: UI/UX Designer and Product Researcher.
Challenge: In an older version of ChainPort, adding liquidity was a manual process, requiring our team to alert projects when their liquidity was running low. This development aimed to automate the process and shift the responsibility to the projects, allowing them to manage their own funds efficiently."
Target Audience: A diverse mix of users, including both new and long-term users.
ChainPort audience ranges from small projects and to larger, more established projects.
After analyzing the current situation, understanding the need for a dashboard, and drawing inspiration from other leading products, we set up key goals for the design:
2 in 1
This dashboard should be both informative and allow authorized users to perform operations.
Informative
all user will need in one place to make informed decisions, such as “where is the safest blockchain to port my tokens?”
Explore Activity
In the crypto space, it is very common to have the ability to check a contract and review other transactions.

Elements to be included in the design:
New Features to Support
Add and Remove liquidity (for authorized users)
Basic metrics (token value, existed liquidity)
Assets per chain and their partial amount
Transactions history table
Design System
Elements | Add and Remove Liquidity
This feature is accessible only to whitelisted wallet addresses. To use it, users must be part of the project and simply connect their authorized wallet to the app.
Add Liquidity
Adding liquidity flow - open as modal
Elements | Metrics and Assets
Once a project pool is established, it becomes the project's responsibility to keep it balanced. An unbalanced pool can prevent token ports.
Users have full visibility into the token balance at all times, aligning with the crypto ethos of transparency.Additional information is provided about contracts, addresses, storages and whether the token is a native version or not.
Balance per chain

Elements | Transaction History Table
Users can easily find all token transactions related to ChainPort in one place, including adding or removing liquidity, ports, and their own transactions if their wallet is connected.
Transaction history table
Project pool dashboard provides essential tools for managing liquidity and monitoring token activity. It allows users to track token values, and view transaction history, all in one place.
Resolved an old mechanism and add a professional transparency project page. Now projects are responsible for maintaining a balanced pool to ensure smooth token ports. Users can access contract details, addresses, and metrics.
